While all sales of digital credentials are generally final once issued, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. Our Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted, the process for submitting a request, and the timelines for resolution.   • All sales of digital credential services (badges, certificates, ID cards, etc.) are considered final once the credential has been issued.
  • We strive for customer satisfaction and fair treatment in all cases.
2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following limited circumstances:

  • If the service was not activated or delivered within the timeline promised at the time of purchase.
  • If you are mistakenly charged more than once for the same credential or service.
  • If there is a significant technical issue on our side that prevents you from using the service.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be available if any of the following are true:

  • The digital credential (badge, certificate, ID card) has already been issued.
  • You have already accessed, downloaded, accepted, or used the credential.
  • The request is made beyond any stated refund window (if applicable).
  • The reason for the refund is dissatisfaction with the credential after use, unless due to technical defects or errors in delivery.
4. Refund Request Procedure

If you believe you meet the conditions for a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@accreditorindia.com  Please include:

  • Your name and organization
  • Invoice / transaction number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Any relevant evidence (e.g. screenshot of issue, proof of double charge, etc.)

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Processing Refunds
  • If approved, refunds will be made to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Refund processing may take 5-10 business days, depending on banking / payment gateway practices.
6. Partial Refunds
  • If only part of a service was delivered (for example, if there is a failure in providing certain promised features), a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion may be offered, at our discretion.
7. Cancellation Before Issuance
  • If you cancel before a credential is issued, we will issue a full refund of the fee paid for that credential.
