Customers / Issuers — Entities (institutions, associations, certification bodies, etc.) that use our Platform to issue credentials.

3.1 From Customers / Issuers
Name, organization name, address, email, phone, job title.
Billing & payment information (invoices, payment method — note: where possible, payment processors may handle sensitive card info which we do not store).
Information about credentials they issue: credential names, metadata, recipient identifiers, expiry dates, custom fields, etc.
3.2 From Recipients / Earners
Name, email address.
Date of issuance, credential details (name, issuing body, dates, metadata).
Any additional data provided by Issuer for purposes of the credential (e.g. recipient identifier, grade, expiration date).
Account login credentials if the Recipient creates an account on our Platform.
3.3 From Site Visitors
IP address, browser type, device identifiers, browsing behaviour (pages visited, time on site, click paths).
Cookies, usage of analytics services.
3.4 Automatically Collected Data
Log files, usage metrics.
Cookies, tracking pixels/web beacons.
