What does “number of recipients” mean in your plans?
The “number of recipients” refers to distinct individuals (learners, members, etc.) to whom you can issue credentials in a given year. Within your plan, you can issue an unlimited number of credentials to each recipient.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can switch plans at any time. If you upgrade, your billing is prorated and you pay only the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of the current billing term. Your credential data, templates, and historical records remain intact.

Are there discounts available for educational institutions, non-profits, or large organizations?
Yes, we offer special pricing for educational institutions, verified non-profits, and large organizations with high volume needs. Please contact our sales team to discuss eligibility and obtain a custom quote.

What is included in each plan versus the Enterprise plan?
All plans include core features such as issuing digital badges and certificates, design templates, and issuer verification. Higher tier plans and the Enterprise plan add benefits like white-labeling, custom branding, priority support, custom designs, and unlimited recipients.

How flexible is your billing — monthly vs annual?
We provide both monthly and annual billing options. Annual subscriptions are discounted compared to monthly billing. You can choose whichever billing cadence works best for you.

Will I lose my data or credentials if I downgrade or cancel?
No — your credential data, templates, and history remain safe even if you downgrade or cancel. However, if you downgrade below the recipient limit, you may be restricted from issuing to new recipients until you upgrade again

Our pricing is based on a 12-month subscription for each plan. You can choose monthly or annual billing, but the subscription term is for 12 months.

How do you ensure security and prevent fraud in issued credentials?
All credentials are issued with verification links or QR codes, embedded metadata, tamper evident features, and secure encryption. This makes it extremely difficult or impossible to forge or manipulate digital credentials.
